The machining center checks and calculates the coordinate system of the part and verifies the results to ensure the accuracy of processing.

4. Operation process and safety protection

When the machining center rotates and exchanges worktables, it should ensure that there are no foreign objects on the tabletop, protective cover, and guide rails to prevent interference with the processing process.

When operating the various function buttons on the control panel of the machining center, they must be clearly identified and confirmed before operation.

Students must operate the designated machine tools and turn them on and off in the correct order, and are not allowed to start other people's machine tools at will.

During the machining process of the machining center, it is strictly forbidden to suddenly start the fast moving handle. You should open the handle lightly and confirm whether the moving position and direction are correct.

After the spindle of the machining center is started, its operating speed must not exceed the maximum allowable range. It is strictly prohibited to open the protective door during processing, and it is prohibited to measure the size of the workpiece or touch the processing surface with hands during processing.
