CNC vertical lathe processing is a processing method widely used in modern manufacturing industry. It can effectively improve the quality and production efficiency of workpieces. However, during CNC vertical lathe processing, how to detect whether the workpiece meets the requirements is a problem that must be solved. To this end, we introduce the following detection methods:
1. Measurement method: Measure the size and shape of the workpiece by using various measuring tools, such as vernier calipers, height meters, etc. This detection method is simple and easy to implement, but it requires high-precision measurement tools and measurement skills to obtain reliable results.
2. Image measurement method: Use digital measurement equipment, such as image measuring instruments, to three-dimensionally scan and measure the workpiece. This detection method can be automated and more detailed measurement data can be obtained, but the requirements for high accuracy are still high.
3. Deformation measurement method: By monitoring the workpiece in real time during the machining process, it is possible to detect whether the workpiece has deformed during the machining process. This detection method can detect problems in processing in time and take corresponding measures, but it requires special monitoring equipment and algorithms.
4. Ultrasonic testing method: Use an ultrasonic detector to conduct ultrasonic testing on the workpiece to detect internal defects and quality problems in the workpiece. This inspection method works very well for some large workpieces, but it requires special inspection equipment and operating skills.
Combining the above detection methods, the workpieces processed by CNC vertical turning can be comprehensively and effectively detected. Each method has its advantages and limitations. According to the actual processing conditions and requirements, an appropriate method can be selected for inspection, and corresponding technical specifications and standards must be followed to ensure the quality and reliability of the workpiece.
