Hydraulic press adopts servo oil pump system and servo motor fast stepless speed regulation characteristics. The servo oil pump system can adjust the oil supply of the oil pump according to the working load in real time to meet the requirements of different stages of the workpiece. The servo motor has the characteristics of fast response, high precision, stepless speed regulation, etc., so that the hydraulic press can control the motion speed and position more accurately during the working process, so as to improve the work efficiency.
The hydraulic press takes advantage of the self-regulating oil pressure characteristics of the hydraulic pump to further improve the energy saving potential. In the servo oil pump system, due to the real-time adjustment of the oil supply of the oil pump, the pressure and flow of the oil pump can be reasonably adjusted according to the size of the working load, avoiding unnecessary energy waste, thus saving energy.
